Desde Ilunion Contac Center, empresa que está formada por más de 3500 trabajadores, necesita que se incorporen a su empresa más de 35 trabajadores para la función de teleoperadores que se encargaran de atender llamadas de una compañía del sector sanitario.
Las funciones que tendrán que realizar serán las siguientes:
Sus principales funciones son las de recibir llamadas, tendrá que informar a los clientes de los productos que están vendiendo para poder crear una gran cartera de clientes,tendrás que estar cualificado para el uso de programas informáticos.
La empresa se encargará de dar una formación no remunerada de 13 días de 9:00 a 15:00 horas.
El contrato inicial de será de 2 meses de duración , los días de trabajo son de lunes a domingo y tendrá 2 fines de semana libres, las jornadas de trabajo será de 30 a 35 horas semanales con turno partido.
Requisitos para esta oferta de empleo.
- Titulación mínima: Educación secundaria obligatoria.
- Experiencia en el sector: Al menos 2 años de experiencia.
- Requisitos mínimos: Certificado de discapacidad de un 33%, conocimientos de informática, disponer de un ordenador, disponer de incorporación inmediata, habilidades de comunicación.
